What is the RIDEVU® System?

The RIDEVU® system is more than just an in-car entertainment system. It’s immersive and offers a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience in the cabin of your favorite luxury vehicle. Through a partnership between Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), IMAX CorporationÒ, Mercedes-Benz, and DTS®, you’ll now have access to the Sony Pictures’ library of IMAX EnhancedÒ movies, including pictures like Spiderman: No Way Home and Venom: The Last Dance. Thousands of movie options will be available to viewers for purchase, rent, or streaming, and you’ll also have the option of dubbed language editions, for viewing convenience.

No matter where you sit in your new Mercedes-Benz vehicle, you can access this advanced new entertainment technology. Programs can be enjoyed on up to six screens and accessed by front or rear passengers. The driver can also enjoy their favorite movies on the central display if the vehicle is parked.

Which Vehicles Will Offer the RIDEVU® System?

This new technology is coming to models in the U.S., Japan, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Germany. It will be available later this year, as announced in January. To be eligible for new RIDEVU® entertainment features, your vehicle must be equipped with the MBUX® Entertainment Package Plus and an active Mercedes-Benz Connect™ subscription.
