Excellent service every time I’m there
I would give this dealership a negative rating. We were buying a G-wagon for 150k… they lied and said it was never damaged or wrecked… but when we asked for a 3rd party inspection… they quit returning our calls. Later we learned it was in the body shop getting repairs on the grill and wheel. Lucky we did our research and didn’t buy a vehicle that they tried to hide important things. Do not trust this dealership!

I brought my car in for service. When I arrived at the dealership, my service advisor, Donald Dorian, was at the curb waiting for me. Donald has been my advisor for almost 20 years. At this dealership, they treat you like family. All of my service issues where done even faster than they estimated. I would highly recommend Keyes European to anyone with a Benz, new or already broken in.

My appointment didn’t take to long, I chose to stay and wait for my car. The waiting area is always nice and clean with snacks and drinks. My advisor is very professional and nice. Great communication, efficiency, and smooth service
Service was done. Oil change etc. Team Mercedes-Benz couldn't find problem with my car. Car when driving in traffic transmission skips or goes back into gear hard. Also, sensor at doors where not fixed they still don't close when touch at handle arrow. For last, my car is saying that it needs service. Why? You, the dealer, kept my car for 4 days. I live in Lancaster California and it takes me 2 1/2 hours to get to your place. What can you do for me?

I expect a certain level of service from a dealership and those expectations are naturally higher for Mercedes. The first dealership I went to, well they didn’t win any Trophies. But then, when I went to Keyes they restored my faith that great customer service is still alive. He knew our limited leasing power, C level, but he made us feel as important as buying a 100K mercedes and tailored his service accordingly.
