Shady, Unethical and ridiculously Unprofessional! BUYER BEWARE!!! I worked a deal with Natalie and Tito (Credit app completed, Credit score evaluated, Credit Approved by MBZ) only to be told, when I went to pick up the car early the next am, that it had been sold. I had a Warning that my brake pads were bad come on do I stopped at 2:30 PM and I got the car back within two hours.

The Sales Department was great and I had a very positive experience with them. Unfortunately, the Finance Department has been extremely disappointing. I have been trying to reach them for several days regarding urgent post-purchase issues. Every time I call, I am transferred to Finance, but no one answers. I have also been promised multiple times that someone would call me back, but I am still waiting.
Great Sales team, but the Finance Department’s communication and customer service after the sale have been unacceptable.

Great Sales team, but the Finance Department’s communication and customer service after the sale have been unacceptable.
My Sprinter had a failure of the electronic shift module. I was not able to shift out of park. Mercedes roadside service had to disconnect the drive train and use 2 tow trucks to get out of my driveway. The service technician arranged for the diagnostic testing and then the part replacement. He kept me well informed during the process.
Allen was a great service advisor!
