Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I scheduled a same-day service appointment over the phone and arrived expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, I was first assisted by Scot, who was dismissive and told me he couldn’t help, even after I explained what I believed was wrong with my car. He then sent me to Kevin Malone, and that’s when things got worse. Kevin was rude, said he didn’t have time for me, and claimed he couldn’t find my appointment, despite it being booked over the phone. After speaking with a manager, I was reassigned, but the service itself was just as frustrating. I came in for an A/C inspection advertised as free, yet I was told I had to pay. On top of that, no proper inspection was performed—they only looked at a wire I pointed out and didn’t check the system thoroughly or inspect for leaks. I had brought the car in for a related issue shortly after the warranty expired, and they refused to cover it. In my opinion, this should not fail so soon and points to a defect, not normal wear. Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and careless. Very disappointed.

This review is for Edvard. The day my car was delivered, it already had problems. Since it was my first Mercedes, I had no idea who to call for help. I even called another Mercedes dealership, and they told me they couldn’t help because I hadn’t purchased my car from them. I can’t even begin to describe how stressful and overwhelming that was. Thankfully, I found European Keys. From the very first phone call, they immediately put my mind at ease. Edvard became my service advisor, and from the first time I brought my car in, he took the time to listen to every concern I had. He genuinely cared and made sure all of the initial issues were repaired. Unfortunately, not long after, my car started having transmission problems. Every single time I brought it back, Edvard took care of me without hesitation. I had to bring the car in several times, and he always made sure everything was handled properly and that I was kept informed throughout the process. Finding someone who truly cares about their customers is rare, and Edvard went above and beyond every time. He turned an incredibly stressful experience into one where I felt supported and confident that my car was in the right hands. I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, kindness, and dedication. If you need your Mercedes serviced, I highly recommend asking for Edvard. Ok, so this was a rollercoaster experience. There were an exceptional number of good things, and one glaringly bad thing. The glaringly bad thing was how they responded when I came at them thinking that something had gone wrong. They were standoff-ish and kept their distance. The something wrong seems to have been a benign error, but nonetheless it revealed a side of the dealership nature that apparently cannot be avoided. The remaining things were rather excellent. Waleed did very well in finding a vehicle for me, however, his response when I came to him for help after the engine threw a code and before I knew what it was made me realize that in the end people won't hesitate to hide behind rules when they think that there is exposure. That being said, he was very thoughtful and authentic up until the intersection of problem, and whether it was his to address. He found a very nice car for us, and I would likely trust him to buy from again, though I would've liked to have seen him address this differently.
