What Is Mercedes-Benz Service A?
Mercedes-Benz makes getting the vehicle maintenance services you need even easier through the creation of two separate service interval plans. The first of these is known as Service A.
Service A should occur after you’ve been driving your new Mercedes-Benz vehicle for 10,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. Follow-up Service A appointments should be repeated every 20,000 miles, or two years later. Service A includes:
- Mercedes-Benz motor oil replacement
- Oil filter replacement
- Fluid level checks and corrections
- Tire inflation check and correction
- Brake component inspection
What Is Mercedes-Benz Service B?
Our second service interval, Service B, is recommended at the 20,000-mile mark, or one year after the previous service. It should then be repeated every 20,000 miles, or two years later. Service B includes:
- Mercedes-Benz motor oil replacement
- Oil filter replacement
- Fluid level checks and corrections
- Tire inflation check and correction
- Cabin dust/combination filter replacement
- Brake component inspection
- Brake fluid exchange
