2021 Mercedes-Benz GLS Offers New Features, Models for LA Luxury SUV Buyers
The 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLS is the sport utility equivalent of the renowned Mercedes-Benz S-Class, or Sonderklasse, sedan. More than a three-row SUV, it’s a distillation of the Mercedes-Benz brand’s values, and a welcome addition to the lineup at Keyes European.
2021 Mercedes-Benz GLS New Models
This year sees two new models grace our Mercedes-Benz dealership serving Los Angeles. The first of these is the Mercedes-AMG® GLS 63, which sports all the performance you’d expect from a vehicle wearing the AMG® designation. Its 603 horsepower twin-turbocharged V8 engine is reinforced with upgraded suspension, brakes, wheels, and tires.
More surprising is the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, which marks the first time an SUV has borne the legendary Maybach name. It earns it, with a smooth and confident 550 horsepower engine, extensive customization options, and a two-row layout that exudes class and comfort.
2021 Mercedes-Benz GLS Performance
The 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 and Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 each feature 4MATIC®™ all-wheel drive and the E-Active Body Control system. The latter is equipped with a 362 horsepower inline-six engine, while the other boasts a twin-turbocharged V8 engine that will raise a grin with its 483 horsepower. Both engines make use of a 48-volt mild hybrid system that reduces turbo lag while improving low-end torque.

The new Mercedes-Benz GLS now offers four-zone climate control and ventilated seats as standard equipment. The dash and center stack feature a pair of 12.3-inch displays (for the instrument cluster, infotainment system, and navigation).
