Went to their service department today for brake noise on my S550. They told me that there’s nothing wrong with the brakes other than they get glazed from LA driving. I was worried that they would tell me that there was nothing they could do, but to my surprise, they replaced the brakes at no charge! I can’t believe it! These folks are amazing. While I was waiting, they served awesome danishes and cookies with any kind of beverage you can imagine – and FREE! The salesman (Matthew B.) even stopped by to say hello and asked how I was doing. Are you kidding!? Simply awesome! The service rep, Chris, came out after a while and said that it might take a little longer than normal, so they gave me a brand new Mercedes to drive so I could get back to work. Again, simply amazing! Finally, you you are going to buy a Mercedes, or any other car, please give Keyes the first shot – you will not regret doing business with them.

When it comes to buying cars I love going to this dealership. It is a Beautiful dealership and their selection is great. Buying a car is stressful and tricky. So the main reason why I go to this dealership is to work with AARON. He is my go to man when it comes to cars. I know I will always get the best service from him, and I can actually TRUST him. I’ve been doing business with Aaron for quite a while. I have leased two cars from him in the past two years. In both occasions he has provided great service and has above and beyond in educating me on my options. My lease is going to end in a few months, so I went in to talk to him and look at the different models that are available this year. Aaron took his time in showing me 3 different models and drove me in them. This allowed me to get a better idea of which was a better fit for me. I will be going back In a few months for my next Mercedes Benz. I strongly recommend Aaron if your in the market for a Mercedes Benz.

I have been buying Mercedes from Keyes over the past decade & have nothing but amazing things to say about their customer service & professionalism. As for our buying experience we have only worked with Henry – he’s very on top of his game. He always hooks us up with incredible deals & makes the financing & paperwork painless. He’s not only our salesmen, but now our friend. As for their service department I had a particular gentleman, Mike Mokhtiari (spelling?) that was my main go to person, he was truly a gentleman & made me actually look forward to getting my car serviced. However he’s no longer there & I’m pretty bummed. Since his departure I’ve yet to find a comparable replacement. However, the main reason I’ve finally taken the time to write a review after all my years working with Keyes Mercedes is because yesterday I had an experience with Tina, the service manager presently, she truly took care of me. She truly floored me with her deligent & kind demeanor when I approached her with a flat tire issue on my new S – class. I won’t go into detail – but I can’t thank her enough. So overall if I could rate Keyes Mercedes 10 stars I would. The class & sophistication that Mercedes carries is exemplified with the stellar employees at Keyes Mercedes.

A life hack to get your purchase smooth and easy in this dealership, ask for SOLO. This guy was awesome and straightforward into facts. No lies no hassle. You’ll get the best deal from your first visit that you won’t be able to find anywhere else in Southern California. You need to understand that a dealership business model is not just a sales rep but other departments will try to sell some added value services which may make sense to some and doesn’t make sense to others. Through out the process you’ll be handled between sales and finance which are two different departments, each with their own targets to meet. If you believe that things are not going to end as per your expectations, just go back to Solo and share with him your concerns; he will take care of that. I had a long term relationship with this dealer started by helping me to lease my E350 Cabriolet (my very first leased/financed car ever) that made more sense than buying a CPO at that time including my emotional feelings towards driving a new car versus old one. Later in 2 years he offered a very good deal to either exchange it for a newer model or buy it on finance. I bought my own car after inspection, complimentary B maintenance, extended warranty, and waiving the first payment for my finance. This kind of offers are not available all the time of course but this how a salesman maintain a good relationship with his clients to make benefit out of the available offers that make sense to you. This dealership is rated on top of MB dealers worldwide in terms of volume sales, that’s why I believe they are able to offer the best prices.
